Training Manager

Raquel is the lead trainer at Mici with an impressive background in corporate training. She opened fifty-seven Smashburgers across the US, in Canada and London. Raquel assists in increasing our company's productivity by developing curriculum and providing hands-on training to our team.  She is a Colorado native who enjoys hiking, camping and snowboarding with her fiancé, Chris.
